Property development subsidiary acquired from a public company for £164 million in November 2003 in joint venture with a UK fund. Approximately half of the assets were prime out of town retail parks with the balance spread across other sectors across the UK.

After an intense period of lettings, lease restructurings, planning enhancement, reconfigurations and break ups the last asset was sold in January 2008 resulting in an aggregate exit price of £284 million.
