Paloma Takes Wing With £100m First Close

Estates Gazette

Joe Froud and Jack Pitman’s Paloma Capital has achieved a £100m first close five months after launching the business.

Paloma was launched last summer by Froud, the former managing partner at Columbus Capital and former Helical Bar investment director.

The pair are targeting a final capitalisation of £150m for the vehicle, which will be geared at up to 60%, giving it potential firepower of around £240m.

Paloma has targeted US, UK and European investors and aims to invest in offices and warehouses in London and the UK regions. The pair’s successful track record is understood to have helped bring about a swift first close.

Lazard is advising on the fundraising.
