Jake joined the Paloma team in 2021.  He was previously at the NYSE-listed property company, Kennedy Wilson based in London.  Jake was an early addition to Kennedy Wilson’s UK team and was involved in investment and asset management across the sectors.  He also held the role of Head of Industrial, being responsible for the company’s substantial investment in the sector through its balance sheet, value-add fund and sovereign wealth joint venture.

Prior to Kennedy Wilson, in 2011, Jake founded a London industrial joint venture with a fund manager that is now part of Northwood Investors, having identified significant mispricing in this sub-sector.  He did this following his time working for Deutsche Bank, between 2005 and 2011, where he was Fund Manager for its £370 million, open-ended, UK industrial property fund and responsible for £200 million of UK industrial assets held by other funds.  At Deutsche Bank, he also managed a range of retail and value-add fund assets.

Jake began his career in 2001 working for DTZ Debenham Tie Leung (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he focussed on retail agency, investment and valuation.  He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
