Pete joined Paloma in December 2015 and was previously European Financial Controller at HIG Capital from 2014, primarily covering European direct real estate, but also primary and secondary lending, corporate debt and non-performing loans.

Prior to that Pete was Fund Operator for Columbus Capital between 2010 and 2014, responsible for the financial, legal and operational aspects of the funds. He was heavily involved in the set-up of these funds with Joe Froud. Pete joined Schroders in 2002 as a European Finance Manager and then as Financial Controller for Real Estate before transferring to Columbus Capital.

Pete qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 before joining KPMG where he worked in the Banking and Finance sector in Jersey, Channel Islands. Peter holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Economics from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
