Frances (Fran) joined Paloma in December 2015 and was previously Fund Analyst at Columbus Capital, where she joined the team in 2010. Fran originally joined Schroders as a fund accountant in 2005 and has been heavily involved in all four funds raised and invested by Joe Froud. She took responsibility for the structuring and administrative aspects of the Fund.

Prior to Schroders, Fran qualified as a Chartered Account in 2005 at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she worked in the Banking and Capital Markets team. Fran holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Sociology from the University of Leeds and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
