Paloma’s investment philosophy is founded on three key pillars; an acute focus upon mispricing, an entrepreneurial approach to asset management and an insistence that the majority of our return comes from income.

Since 2015 we have raised approximately £640 million of wholly discretionary capital which we have used to pursue targeted, niche UK investment strategies which frequently focus on smaller assets which tend to be overlooked by our competitors.

We adopt a very “hands-on” approach to asset management and tend to focus on multi-let assets which provide us with the greatest opportunity to create additional value through carefully thought out and well executed business plans.

Finally, whilst we are focused on achieving attractive investment returns, we are always mindful of risk and are totally aligned with our investors through co-investing our own personal capital alongside them in every investment we make.
