Jeremy joined Paloma in October 2017 and was previously at Schroders PLC where he was responsible for investment and asset management for the industrial sector across all the Schroder UK direct real estate funds. He sat on the investment committee of the Schroder Real Estate Capital Partners Multi Let Industrial Fund. From 2011 to 2015 he worked with Joe Froud at Columbus Capital where he was responsible for executing asset management strategies for Gresham II, Columbus I and Columbus II.

Prior to Columbus Jeremy worked at Rugby Estates PLC where he was responsible for investing and executing value add strategies for Rugby Capital, their on-balance sheet trading platform, and managing the Rugby Estate Real Estate Trust. Jeremy started his career at Lambert Smith Hampton in 2003. He has an MA in Property Valuation and Law from the City University Cass Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from Royal Holloway University of London. He is a member of theRoyal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
