Paloma Capital has appointed Cater Towler to market a 23,082 sq ft industrial unit at Marrtree Business Park in Bradford.

Current tenants of Marrtree Business park include a haulage company, Peckover Transport, Pro-tec Covers and Crompton Lamps.

Carter Towler and Carrick Real Estate jointly advised Paloma Capitol on the purchase of Marrtree Business Park.

Director at Carter Towler, Josh Holmes said: “This is a fabulous instruction for us, having jointly advised Paloma Capital on the purchase of the estate, it’s great to be working with them again. The improvements being made at Marrtree are complete now and the available property, Unit 3, will make an impressive headquarters for a distribution or manufacturing company.

“The commitment Paloma Capital has made to the industrial market, not just here in Bradford but across the region, is remarkable. They have been very active acquiring a number of large industrial parks including the 345,000 sq ft Greens Industrial Estate in Wakefield and the 400,000 sq ft Dearne Mills Distribution Centre in Barnsley. The company also owns assets in Rotherham, Leeds and Sheffield and is looking to make further acquisitions.”
