Charles joined Paloma Capital in October 2019. He was previously at Hansteen Holdings PLC, a specialist industrial and warehouse value investor quoted on the London Stock Exchange, where he is involved in investment and asset management across the UK portfolio. To date he has transacted over £1bn of predominantly multi-let industrial/warehouse property. He has executed numerous acquisitions, business plans and disposals on assets and portfolios nationwide. He also has a strong track record in town planning work.

Charles joined Hansteen in 2011. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
