James joined Paloma Capital in August 2023 and was previously a Finance Analyst at Henderson Park within the Investment Operations team. Prior to this, James worked at PwC within the Real Estate Deals Tax team working with various UK and Pan European funds on their fund structuring and acquisitions.

James holds an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School (previously Cass), a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Southampton and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
